Working principle of Jaw crusher
The motor transmits power through belt,drives the moving jaw to do periodic motion towards the fixed jaw by the eccentric shaft.The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw plate increases when moving jaw moves.So the moving jaw moves towards the fixed jaw.The stuff will be crushed in this process.The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw decreases when moving jaw moves down,the moving jaw moves leaves fixed jaw by pulling rod and spring,the final crushed stuff will be discharged from the outlet.
Jaw crusher is composed of primary crushing and screening station and secondary one, belt conveyor, etc. Every crushing station is an independent working unit, they can respectively assume their different responsibility, and the belt conveyer is responsible for material transmitting and piling up between each crushing station.

Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?
A: We are factory.And we are located in Pudong area,Shanghai China.Nearby the Pudong International air port!
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 7-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 25-30 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.
Q:Payment
A:30% by T/T in advance once sign the order + 70% before shipment
Q: What about Warranty? what will we do if the machine is broken down
A: The warranty period for all of huahong’s structural and mechanical equipment is normally two years longer than the other suppliers. Wear parts are not covered in warranty unless the component part is found to be flawed.In the warranty periods,our sales engineers will be to the machine working spot to repair the machines with free of charges.

Our packing and payment terms
1.We usually accept T/T,L/C,D/P,D/A.
2.T/T: 30% in advance as the deposit payment,the balance will be paied before shipemt;
3.We will take pictures of finished products before delivery.

exporting standard packing,for example:wood packing,bulking packing,iron packing,nuded packing,etc.
Transportation:
1.By sea Freight or by air.
2.MSK/MSC/APL/EMC/WANHAI/KLINE/CMA/NDS,etc.Also we could meet the customer's requestments if they have nominated shiping company.
3.In order to meet customer's requestments for tariff preference,we will provide the full set clearance docs,also provide you the CO/CNCA/Form E,etc.
