VSI crushing machine 600/800/1000/1200 characteristics
1.An innovative and distinctive simple design which, is strong, easy and cheap to operate.
2.Raw material is dropped through rotating impellers, using the stone on stone crushing technology.
3.This machine consumes very little energy, is highly efficient, able to break bulk material with a large output capacity and is environment friendly.
4.Sharping products cubic to get a high pressure strength.
5.This unit has a wear resistant lining which gives it a durable working lifespan and protects machine from stone abrasion.
6.Abrasion resistant parts are light in weight and easily changeable.
7.Able to crush material with a maximum water content of 8%.
8.Designed with a special accident alert and lubrication station to ensure a constant oil supply is fed to the main bearing.
VSI crushing machine working principle
When enters into impeller, the raw material can be crushed directly by hitting impact plate after it is accelerated and thew out. The raw material can also be divided into two parts by material-dividing plate. One falls down from all around. The other enters into impeller and is accelerated, threw out and collides with the falling material and hit, rebound with impact plate. The circulation hits repeats. As the crushing is moving forward, small particle materials will gradually form a material bed around the impact plate which can improve the crushing effect and protect the machine. The desired artificial sand comes downwards though outlet finally.

2.T/T: 30% in advance as the deposit payment,the balance will be paied before shipemt;
3.We will take pictures of finished products before delivery.

Transportation:
1.By sea Freight or by air.
2.MSK/MSC/APL/EMC/WANHAI/KLINE/CMA/NDS,etc.Also we could meet the customer's requestments if they have nominated shiping company.
3.In order to meet customer's requestments for tariff preference,we will provide the full set clearance docs,also provide you the CO/CNCA/Form E,etc.
