Introduction：
The Twin-roll Crusher is used for particle size reduction by crushing from a maximum inlet particle top size of 100mm to a product top size of 5-10mm, subject to handling requirements and material characteristics. It is designed for size reduction of hard and semihard material like coal, coke, cement clinker, limestone, gypsum and different types of ore.
Feature：
The Twin-roll Crusher has been optimized for processing of samples, but can as well be used in production lines. Material is fed by gravity to the inlet chamber at the top from where it is drawn into the crushing zone by the action of the two counterrotating rolls. The two rolls are driven individually and asynchronously, which provides a unique self cleaning action. The rolls are available in a variety of geometries with smooth or toothed crushing surface and roll geometry and rotation speed are configured depending on the specific project requirements. Fine adjustment of the crushing characteristics is possible by adjusting the position of the rolls. If the requirements change over time the crusher rolls can be reconfigured without replacing the drive or drive shaft. The crusher is available for use in ATEX zone 22 environment.
Application：
It is applied to mineral separation, chemical, cement, fireproofing material, grinding material, grinding material, building material and other industries, finely crushes various ores and rocks of which hardness is below high or medium hardness, especially chicken girt and green bean sand and other products are produced in the building material industry.
