Introduction of two toothed roll crusher.
The Twin-roll Crusher is used for particle size reduction by crushing from a maximum inlet particle top size of 100mm to a product top size of 5-10mm, subject to handling requirements and material characteristics. The crusher is designed for size reduction of hard and semihard material like coal, coke, cement clinker, limestone, gypsum and different types of ore. It has been optimized for processing of samples, but can as well be used in production lines.
Characteristics of two toothed roll crusher.
The machine uses high-strength abrasion-resistant alloy roller, and high grinding force produced by the relative rotation to crush the material. After the material comes into the cavity, under the impact of the rotating and biting forces of the grinding roller, it is crushed into the fine particle and is discharged. By on-spot measuring and inspecting, it is used the kiln, above 60 percent of the discharging material is powder shape, the particle of above 3mm is less than 10%.
Working Principle Of Twin Roll Crusher.
Through the feed opening, the raw materials fall to between the two rollers, after crushed, the final products drop naturally. When there are unbreakable materials or the material is too hard, the roller will concede automatically under the effects of spring and hydraulic pressure, which
will widen the clearance between the rollers and make the hard or unbreakable so as to avoid damaging the machine. The clearance between the two rollers can be adjusted to change the sizes of final products.
