Structure Description of Jaw Crusher.

This machine is composed mainly: the rack element, fly wheel(plain/grooved), movable jaw assembly, and other auxiliary parts, like movable jaw plate, liner, retaining cover, gasket, slider, thrust plate, locking screws, locking device and so on. Movable jaw plate works as reciprocating motion accord to a predetermined trajectory, which is driven by the eccentric shaft driven by V-belt and grooved wheel.

Jaw crusher is composed of primary crushing and screening station and secondary one, belt conveyor, etc. Every crushing station is an independent working unit, they can respectively assume their different responsibility, and the belt conveyer is responsible for material transmitting and piling up between each crushing station. PE Series is used in primary crushing, while PEX series is used in secondary crushing and fine crushing.
