This type of elevator take mor space but easier for cleaning.
Working Principle:
1). Manual feeding the bulk products into vibrator feeder hopper;
2). Bulk products will be feeded into the belt of incline elevator evenly by vibration;
3). Incline elevator will lifting products onto the top of weighing machine for feeding
Features:
1). Carry belt is make of good grade PP, suitable to work in high or low temperature;
2). Automatic or manual lifting material is available, carry speed also can be adjusted;
3). All parts easy install and disassemble, available to washing on carry belt directly;
4). Vibrator feeder will feed materials to carry belt orderly according to signal require;
5). Be make of stainless steel 304 construction;
6). Open design for easy cleaning after daily work;
7). Discharge angle can be design in more flate if apply for easy fragile products;
8). Washing pipe device on the bottom of elevator, easier for washing (Optional).
