Usage
Put the middle of the scarf in the water for 10-12 minutes ,it starts expanding.Take the scarf out of the water and available to wear it and feel cool.

The Neck Cool Scarf /Ice Scarf is made of fleece fabric inserted with a gel pack which can be microwavable and freezerable .
Use the Neck Cool Scarf /Ice Scarf for hot and cold to relief tiredness or pain in our neck or head or hand .
Hot : Place the gel pack into hot water for 5 minutes or into microwave for no more than 30 seconds
Cold : put the gel pack into the freezer for 2 hours before using.
