1) Place in a clean, sealed bag and leave in refrigerator 1-2 hours.

2) To Clean: Hand wash with mild soap and water.

1) Heat in microwave for a maximum of 15 seconds.

2) Feel the eyes massager head massager with cool gel insert to check if desired warmth is achieved.

    If not ,reheat in 5 second intervals as needed. Microwave temperatures vary, but   

    total heating time should not exceed 30 seconds. Do not overheat.
