Product Description:

Purpose: it is mainly used for the online annealing of refrigerator cooling pipes, online annealing and online galvanization of heat sink cooling pipes, and online solution annealing of stainless steel pipes.
The heat treatment of the heat sink pipes on the market are basically all conducted by the equipments of our company, which can conduct simultaneous annealing of single and multiple pipes.

Main features:

The equipment mainly use small IGBT transistor high frequency induction heating power supply with the power levels of 60KW, 80KW and 100KW.
Online speed is 0-60M/min.
Applicable to pipes with the diameter from 3-160mm, and the materials of SUS304, 316 and 316L.
With hydrogen gas protection device, and with the features of fast annealing and no deformation of pipes after annealing.
