Tilting table
The function of tilting table is to remove the top and bottom layers on green cake. It consists of platform, guides and hydraulic system components and control system etc.
The green cake as well as its side plate after cutting shall be hoisted by semi-finished product hoister onto the platform which will fix the side plate and tilted the cake over by 90 degrees by hydraulic system, so as to remove the waste automatically. After removing, the platform turns back and releases the side plate.

Introduction of AAC Block & Panel Plant:
AAC(Autoclave Aerated Concrete) is a new type building material that the raw materials are siliceous materials(fly-ash, sand, slag), calcareous materials(lime, cement and gypsum), and Aluminium powder. AAC product has been widely used in industrial and civil construction.
