Automatic packaging line
Automatic packaging line consists of chain conveyor and stacking device, working cooperatively with finished product clamping hoister and automatic strapping machine, mainly used to pack blocks.
Finished product clamping hoister takes blocks onto the pallet which has already been put on the chain conveyor, and then the chain conveyor transports the pallet one by one passing through automatic strapping machine. Forklift comes to carries the finished product to storage yard at the end of packaging line.

Introduction of AAC Block & Panel Plant:
AAC(Autoclave Aerated Concrete) is a new type building material that the raw materials are siliceous materials(fly-ash, sand, slag), calcareous materials(lime, cement and gypsum), and Aluminium powder. AAC product has been widely used in industrial and civil construction.
