1.XYZ-CAM,P4-1,C axis with angular head CNC router , incorporates a 9.5kw Italian-made ATC spindle and 90° angular head with C Axis, it is a combination for both three axis vertical machining and the horizontal machining by C Axis (4th Axis). The machine is capable to finish a true 3D structure in a single setup. The ideal material for this machine including foam, wood, plastics, composite resin….
2. With Precision machined & heavy duty frame, stress relieved in a rigorous thermal treatment, hence, the P4 4 Axis CNC is allows a 500-1000mm large Z travel, and offers accurate and smooth machining effect without vibration.
3. Motion by helical rack and gear on X and Y, imported high-precision ball screw on Z Axis, which moving smoothly, to ensure the machine’s high precision.
4. High-performance Japanese Yaskawa servo system with planetary gear reducers to ensure the machine’s high speed and accuracy.
5. Advance 4 Axis control system, auto-complete multilevel 3D processing, carving or cutting. Meanwhile, offline operation can be realized.
6. Original industrial standard HSK tool holders, Taiwan made Carousel tool magazine with 8 positions plus T9 the angle head position.
7. Standard configuring with auto lubrication system, automatic tool setting system.
