With hard steel tube structure, carrousel tool magazine, XYZ-1325 3d engraving CNC Router 4 axis is specially for 3D industry machining. With Italy HSD ATC spindle(B axis) can rotate +/-100 degree, and change tools automatically, can make multi-kinds of surface which we can design with Software, for example: arc-surface milling, bend surface machining for 3D jobs, like special shaped arts, bended doors or cabinets. The machine is completely good at workingon hard wood, Rosewood, MDF, Acrylic, Plastic, and some soft metal.
ATC cnc router 4 axis for 3d mould industry XYZ-1325 performance and Feature:
1) 9.0KW HSD ATC spindle, Change tools automatically. With Carrousel tool magazine
, and long life time.
3) SYNTEC EZ-4M controller system with Ethernet interface, working without connecting with computer during working and easy to control.
4) Software: CAD/CAM designing software such as Original type3, Artcam, UG.
5) Auto lubrication system, easy to operate by pressing one key.
6) Separated big control cabinet makes operation easily.
7) Adopt high speed 850W YASKAWA SERVO motor and drivers, Z and B axis motor with brake, and two motors for Y axis. Max speed is 60000mm/min.
8) Perfect design, top quality accessories, to minimize the machine's failure rate.
