Application
Mainly used for relief processing, wood door, cabinets, kitchen utensils, chairs, decoration business, mould industry, wood panel, , wave board processing, MDF sheet carving, screen, calligraphy tablet design, wood furniture, computer tables, and so on.
Features
1. Simple operation and installation, when delivery we will provide the videos for training.
2. More steady and strong equipped with T type gantry and T type square steel tube machine bed.
3. Equipped with 2 spindle heads, each one is 5.5kw, air cooling, Colombo, Italy brand, more poweful, good perfomance, can processing several work pieces by one time, saving time and improving the efficiency.
4.The spindle heads distance is adjustable according to the work piece processing size.
5. It can also just open any one spindle head when working.
6. DSP offline control system, when working no need computer, just using the USB disk to store files, more convenient and easy to operate.
7.Linear square guide rail, high precision and long life time, rack and pinion transmission, high speed.
8. Vacuum system, vacuum table+5.5kw vacuum pump, better to suck the different size materials.
9.Function of re-carving after break point and power off, reducing the materials wasting.
11. Good software compatibility, all kinds of CAD/CAM ,such as Typ3 , ArtCam, Castmate, UcanCam,Artcut engraving software, Coredraw, etc.
