1.Hydraulic cylinder tube
The hydraulic cylinder tube is the main part of the hydraulic cylinder.The inner
hole of the hydraulic cylinder tube usually precision processed by boring,reaming,rolling
or honing.By these process can ensure the piston,sealing elements and the support
elements move smoothly,then ensure the sealing effect and reduce the abrasion.The
hydraulic cylinder tube will bear big pressure,so need high strength and stiffness.

Our Company is equipped with JLB250T hydraulic cold drawn machine set,LD120 precision cold rolled machine set, multiple precision straightening machine,box heat treat furnaces(8000-10000mm), advanced CNC skived and roller burnished machine SRB-6000mm, several powerful honed machine, combined cold drawn, cold rolling, heat treatment, and SRB process to produce the best quality products.
Product Process
Our Products
Honing tube and rolling tube inside and outside wall oxide layer, to withstand high pressure without leakage, high-precision, high-quality finish, cold deformation, flaring, flattening without cracks a bit, so mainly used to produce pneumatic or hydraulic components products, such as cylinder or cylinders, which can be seamless. Chemical composition of two kinds of materials are C, Si, Mn , S, P, Cr. Relatively speaking rolling tube better than honing tube good.
