1) What method of recycling is applied in your plant?
Q&A: Our plant is the pyrolysis plant. The reactor is heated up directly. First, the tyre is solid, then liquid, at last, gas. And the gas will be cooled down.
2)What we can get furnace oil, diesel, gasoline and gas?
Q&A: Yes, the output of whole plant is crude oil, carbon black and steel wire. The gas is recycled to heat up the reactor again.
3) How many Oil and other Byproducts get from 1 ton Waste Tire?
Q&A: Usually, the crude oil is about 45%-50%, carbon black is about 35%, and steel wire is 15%
4) What will be final composition?
Q&A: After one batch, there is no residue. Just crude oil, carbon black and steel wire.
5)If we make stick than is it create smoke and pollution?
Q&A: There is no smoke and pollution. Some customers use carbon stick to heat up the reactor as fuel.
6)Scope of supply and what work at buyer end?
Q&A: We have the basic plant and the accessories. Any plant you want, pls tell me.
7)What fuel use for heating of reactor and is it get for production cycle?
Q&A: You can use wood, coal or gas. You only use them to heat up about 2 hours, then you can use the waste gas to save energy.
What is per ton cost of output and payback period?
8)Q&A: In China, the crude oil is about 5000 RMB/T, carbon black is 480 RMB/T and steel wire is 2200 RMB/T.
9)Is your plant and its final output cover EPA rule and regulation?
Q&A: Yes, our plant has no pollution. And we also have ISO and CE. So do not worry.
10) They can provide the raw material in range 3 - 5 tons per day.
Q&A: the model D2000*L6000mm, which can meet your need. it can process 5 tons per day.
11)How many man to handle this line production? Operator and Skill person?
Q&A: it need 4 workers in two groups. when you give the order to us , we will send our worker to your country install it, and teach your worker how to handle the machine
12)There is any training for our production staff? How many and how long?
Q&A: of course, we will train your staff. it needs about 20 days which contains intallation, debug, and train your staff.
Our security system for high performance waste tyre rubber recycling plant
New design tire pyrolysis plant are equipped with many safety measures such as pressure gauge, safety valve and alarming devices. Vacuum. If there is extra pressure inside the reactor, alarming system will be ring, if no workers hear this, do not worry, the safety valve will be automatically to decrease inside pressure. Besides oil water separator and anti back fire device stop the waste gas back into reactor so that we avoid the possibility that burning gas go back into reactor, then we avoid the dangerous of explosion.
Heartful tips to high performance waste tyre rubber recycling plant
1. Max pressure: 0.04 Mpa, if the worker is sleeping or not at present, the valve will decompression automatically. It is very safe.
2. Max temperature: 400 centigrade. If the temperature is too high with mistakes, then there is valve which can control the fire. It is very safe.
3. After one batch, pls open the high temperature valve in the gas separate, in case of some combustion gas.
4. Remember the rotate direction of reactor.
5. No smoking at the site.

1). 30% advance payment within 7 days after sign the contract by T/T.
2).70% after receiving the copy of Bill of lading from the seller by T/T.
