High technology carbon black processing machine
Usage
Tyre recycled carbon black use can make the carbon black
powder into fuel to burning like the coal.
Structural principle
The components of the whole process line are screw feeder,
magnetic separator, blender belt conveyor, control panel and
pellet machine.
Working process
1.You should put the carbon black powder into the screw
conveyor , which can take thematerials into the magnetic
separator.
2.The magnetic separator can remove the steel wire and
iron wire from the carbon black powder.
3.Then add binder into the blender, the blender can mix the
materials
4.The belt conveyor can convey the materials into the pellet
machine to get the finished
carbon black pellets, which can be used as fuel for boilers
replacing oil, coal, natural gas and electricity.
