Carbon black pellet machine for tire pyrolysis plant
Our carbon black pellet machine use the carbon black from waste tire pyrolysis plant as the raw material to make pellets.
The finished pellet can replace the coal or oil used for coal boiler, refining equipment , incinerator , air heater, industry furnace , the room heating system,etc.
Our machine is easy to operate , only 1-2 person is enough .
The calorific value of carbon black pellet can up to 5500-6000kcal .
Carbon black operation process
Separation--material on the sieve will enter the magnetic device when it is extruded and crushed by roller. At the same time, steel wire falls down the store system, and the material will go on entering the magnetic devices--second separation--third separation--lift machine--grind machine--screw conveyor--activated process--granule production--package and seal--in storage.
