Product Information
Masterbatches of this category are used to reduce and eliminate the accumulated static electricity on the surface of plastic materials and thus decrease sticking dusts, avoid static sparks, protect electronic elements and facilitate operation, etc.
Major application fields of these masterbatches include mine-use building materials, thin packaging films, packaging buckets of oil products, transfer boxes of electronic products, daily-use plastic products, external housings of electrical appliances and interior decoration parts of automobiles, etc.
The masterbatches have specialized grades for different materials and processing technologies and could adapt to different materials including PP, PE, PS, ABS, PC and PET, etc.

Under normal conditions the ratio of addictive is between 2%-4% and the specific resistance at the surface of materials falls within 106-1010[0hm/sq.]. Besides, other functions could be integrated together upon demand.
