Hongjin Food Package Anti-bacterial Masterbatches
Product Information
This type of masterbatch is used in the production of anti-bacteria items, giving self-cleaning function to these items to effectively prevent the transmission of bacteria. Furthermore, the bacteria-resistant property of such anti-bacteria materials could match the shelf life of such fabricated items. If necessary, anti-fungus function could also be incorporated.
This series of anti-bacteria masterbatches have following features:
High efficacy of bacteria restriction at more than 99%; Grade 1 or 0 efficacy of fungus-restriction
Long period of efficacy
The efficacy period of bacteria-restriction is as long as the shelf life of the fabricated items. It has low cost and high heat-resistance without color changes.
Wide range of application
They have strong restrictive effect on such harmful microbes as E. coli, staphylococcus aureus, B. subtilis, Sarcina lutea and rhodococcus rhodochrous, etc, thus effectively preventing microbe-causing ageing of fabricated items and improving the hygiene and safety of fabricated items.
Application
This series of products could be used in ABS, PP, PE, PET (workable with transparent PET), PC (workable with transparent PC), PS (workable with transparent PS), and could be widely used in such fields as refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, water dispensers, telephone sets tubing, ceramics, building materials, automobiles, food packagingand milk bottles, etc.
