Product Information
The major purpose of this series of products is to prevent the sabotage of rays and heat on high polymer materials, extend the shelf life of items and thus realize energy-saving and environmental protection.
The use of this product could address different aging mechanisms of high polymer materials and use pertinent stabilizing agent in a scientific manner and fully exert the “synergetic effect” of various addictives, reaching maximum anti-aging effect at lowest cost. It could make fabricated products usable under harsh conditions like wind, rain and sunshine without further concerns. Fabricated products with the use of these weathering-resistant color masterbatches could retain 90% of major mechanical properties after 3500 hours of expedited man-made aging process without pulverizing surfaces and very little change of colors.
These masterbatches are widely used in interior decorative parts of automobiles, seats, sport facilities, housings of electrical appliances and other outdoor plastic products, etc.
Stabilizing agents used herein are mainly of Cytec (the US) and BASF (Germany).
