Product Information
Based on the demand on the safety and reliability of PET packaging containers, our R&D team developed this product. While maintaining the high transparency of PET, it could block the sabotage of harmful ultraviolet rays on the contents.
Over time, ultraviolet rays would sabotage most organics, especially food which would be robbed of nutrients and which would have changed colors or even deteriorate, greatly affecting the storage and sales of food. If stabilizing agents that could guard against the sabotage of ultraviolet rays are added in food, the taste of food would be greatly compromised and there could even be safety issues.
This product, because of its extremely high thermal stability and very good compatibility with PET, absolutely produces no harmful ingredients in the process of production and storage and is very safe.
Using this product could facilitate very easy and convenient production of various PET containers that could block broad-spectrum ultraviolet rays at the blocking capacity of 390nm, further providing such effects as protecting the content, retaining nutrients and original attractive appearance and extending the shelf life contained products. Meanwhile, the colors of PET would not be compromised and any color could be used from colorless transparency to deep colors.
They are mainly used in following fields:
Protecting beverage of fruits and milk from the sabotage of ultraviolet rays on vitamin and colors to retain nutrients and appearance;
Protecting food oils from the sabotage of ultraviolet rays on amino acid, fatty acid and linolenic acid to retain nutrients and appearance
