This roller is most useful for long distance Belt Conveyor, becuase in some distance there is nee of aligning the Rubber Belt over the Conveyor that time these roller is adjusting the Rubber Belt Over Conveyor, so it is known as Guide Rollers
Every Self aligning has need of these Rollers, but it may be not work properly, no need to change the whole Self aligning Idler, just change th Guide Rollers and you may get perfomance regularly,
This Guide Roller is just adjusting the Rubber Belt so, it has no major work or major force effect, but it is most importnat part for Belt Conveyor also.
