OPERATION PRINCIPLES:
The thermal oil heater, using Light oil as fuel and thermal conduction oil as heat carrier, taking advantage of circulating pump to complete the forced liquid circulation in the system.
The thermal oil heater is one kind of efficient and economical, special industrial furnace. The rest heat in the system can be returned to reheat after finishing heat exchange.
FEATURE OF PRODUCTS:
Higher operation temperature can be obtained under the normal or lower pressure;
Liquid-Phase transfer of heat energy makes its heat carrier 70 times lower than the sturated vapor pressure of water at 300 degrees Clesius.
Stable heating and exact temperature adjustment can be conducted;
Perfect operational control and safety monitoring equipment are provided;
Under the lads at all levels, the heat efficiency can be maintained in optimal state;
Electricity, gas water and cosumption an be reduced which will make you recover the investment in 3-6months.
