About product:
1 Structure:It is consist of roller,roller bearing,pressure and adjusting device ,and driving device.
2 Simple structure,take up little space,easy operation and maintenance.
3 Inner dust guard plate and good sealing performance,avoid the splash of tiny material.Because of low noise and little dust,the work environment is greatly improved.
4 Reasonable design decrease the wearing and extend the machinery life.
5 The roller crusher is equiped with replaceable wear resistance linings. The wear-resisting backing plate adopts the advanced wear-resisting material, have long service life, is not easy to damage, convenient maintenance.
6 Equipped with safety protection device, when accident metal piece drop into the crushing cavity,the device works to let iron piece discharge out of machine and make sure the machine's normal operation.
7 The roller gap is adjustable between 1mm and 20mm.According to the requirements of the broken grain size adjusted the roll gap, crushing grain size can have a reliable control with all the ideal size by crushing cavity from below.
