Brief introduction
1.Application:This machine is widely used in brick industry.It can produce both solid and hollow bricks.
2.Motor:It is equiped with two motors,132kw and 45kw.The productivity is amazing,will reach 13000-18000pcs/h.With compact structure and high quality,this machine is your good choice.
3.Process:The machine is reasonable designed and adopts advanced technology.The main parts of the machine are gear,main axle and reamer.They also adopt special processes dealing.The diameter of its mud cylinder is 500mm.It is whole steel welding with Q23 steel plate.The thickness of the steel plate can reach 20-25mm,making sure that the machine become strength and durable.Reamer is made of 20mm steel plate after high chromium casting process to increase its hardness.Carburizing process is also used to make the reamer wear-resisting.In order to increase the stability,the reamer is designed with floating style which can adjust itself automatically.The material of main axle is 150mm round bar steel.It is strong enough to suffer the wear during production and largely extend the machine life.
