Brick making machine description:
1, Twists the dragon to use the high chromium casting, after quenching processing, the service life reaches (800 - 10,000,000 sign bricks, is spray coating built-up welding twists dragon 8-10 times), other factories use the ordinary spray coating craft (to use 10 - 150,000 sign bricks);
2, Squeezes out cylinder, the vacuum chamber unit cast, the whole processing, after quenching processing, increases its toughness, is not easy to distort, extension complete machine life. The vacuum chamber uses the funnel shape, pulls out only the vacuum fast compared to the square shape change. Other factories use the 20mm steel plate welding processing;
3, The rack whole welding, (in the table planer) the overall plane processing, causes the product concentricity to be better;
4, The main axle after quenching, the quenching and tempering, the suppression experiment, strengthen main axle's steel and toughness;
5, The bearing has the Luoyang bearing group to provide.
6, The tunnel kiln needs: 450kw; the simplex kiln needs: 500kw. Location area needs: 25 Chinese acres. Plant place: 50 meter/*150 rice.
