We supply full set of turnkey project for production line clay brick making machine,including the complete line design,engineering management,civil engineering of kiln and drying chamber,the foundation building,supplying,installation of all the equipments,the supplying and installation of compressed air,water and power system and etc.After we complete the whole project,we will pass the production line to customer for using directly.
1.Raw Material Treatment Machine--box feeder,double shaft mixer,crusher,belt conveyor
2.Brick forming machine--mixer, single/double stage vacuum extruder,automatic stripe and adobe cutting machine

For this production line,raw material is clay with better material performance.So,the raw material be treated carefully by roll type crusher,fine pulverizing grinder,mix and extruder for guarantee the grain size distribution of the material and uniformity can meet the design requirement;This producing line adopts the semi-hard plasticity extruder to forming;double tunnel drying chamber to drying ,hoffman kiln,tunnel kiln for firing.This technology is more concise,all adopt the mature technology,which also can meet the design requirement.The equipment selection of this producing line is reasonable,not only can guarantee the producing capacity,but also guarantee the product’s quality.
