Product details:
This kind of machine is used for cutting adobes according to technological need, adapted to electric tricycles for pulling unbaked bricks or by man, and plate trailer for unbaked bricks. We can also design and make other types of cutting machines according to users’ need. The cutting size can be adjusted and fixed exactly, positioning precision, cutting flat, smooth transit, sturdy and durable.
Structure characteristics:
1.Automatic freeing partial device, never cut obliquely, do not need to adjust.
2.Stainless steel drum dynamic table-board, mud bar can put in place automatically,
avoid waste mud, it can save oil than ordinary flat table-board.
3.Stainless steel push plate surface , the resistant gap, the work life can extend three times.
4.Orientation Angle with oriented arc make wire into groove accurately, it can reduce 70% wire for breaking on average.
5.High wear-resisting material craft, guide bar for hard chromium plating,
cooperate with composite guide bearing, small resistance, long service life.
6.High strength, big thrust ,applies for coal gangue and shale hard plastic and semi-plastic extruded products,
7.Suitable for all kinds of plastic & soft mud bar.
8.Even soft mud bar should be stated inadvance , using encryption roller table-board.
9.Push board maximum reciprocating frequency 41 times per minute. Can cut down and up double mud
bar,high block.
