Introduction:
Automatic carrier tape forming machine used for produce 12-88mm width components package carrier tape, normally forming speed with 300M per hours( speed will depends on tape material 's quality and size ).this machine apply almost all carrier tape material ,like PS/PC/PVC and conductivity or Non-conductivity .can rolls up 1meter plastic reel .
Features:
1.SM-8000P suited for forming width between 12-88mm's black and transparent PS tapes.
2.Automatic design from tape feeding ,tape heating , forming , punchig ,winding ,counting and cutting .
3.The heating mould ,forming module and punching module equipped with micrometer at XY axis .fine turning design mould adjusted fast and easily.
4.Max forming capacity is 300M/hours
5.PID temperature control system , mast control system comtrolled by PLC
6.Coolant system adopt circulate water collong system
7.Touch panel or manual switch control .
