Moulds were designed for fully automatic production,off-tool partsYong mao Mould has been specialized in the construction of pipe fitting moulds in China.
It covers an area of 7000 square meters,we focus on the development and production of pipe fitting moulds for sewer/drainage/drainagesystems, watersupply, roofdrainage ,
irrigation,exhaust systems and for gas supply,the diameter of the fittings may vary from 16mm to 630mm.
Following is the essential steps,for your reference:
1.R&D |
We support customer R&D. Make the files or improve the design if you needed. |
2.Negotiation |
Quality,Price,Mould material,Delivery time,Payment,Technique requests,ect. |
3.Down payment |
Usually 30% before we start working |
3.Place an order |
according your own design or you chooses our design. |
4.Confirmation |
Before make the mould, we send mould design to customer approval first, before move forward to production; we send samples to customer to confirm first. |
5. Mould |
According customers request to build the mould. |
6. Sample shoot |
If the first sample come out is not satisfied customer, we modify the mould and until meet customers satisfactory. |
7.Testing |
Testing the mould to make sure everything is ok |
8.Products in store |
If your quantity is beyond our storage, we will provide lead time to you. |
9.Balance |
Buyer send us the balance of the mould before shipping |
10. Delivery |
Delivery goods by sea or by air, according customers requirement. |
