- To evenly maintain the distribution chart irradiating sludge using Microwaves and Near-infrared rays, they are placed with overlapped screws of 8 axis and a sludge dispersing entrance feeder is installed to supply sludge to the center of the four lines and two axis screws. This enables microwaves and near infrared rays to evenly and efficiently have the surveyed amount of sludge come into contact and enhances the functions of mixing, smashing, dispersing and transporting sludge with strong adhesion through the circulation of screws. - To enable minimum use of carrier air to transport only the evaporated moisture, a damper to control the carrier air amount and pressure is installed to reduce unnecessary use of energy and optimize the size of the control facilities for an economical drying technology and optimal transportation and investment cost. - In the case of sewage sludge incineration, the average percentage of moisture content is 55~70 percent that this technology may be applied during the first stage. The maturing and turning into compost and cement fuel has a 25~45 percent moisture content that this technology may be applied during the second stage. The percentage of moisture content of carbonization and turning into fuel is 10~25 percent that this technology may be applied during the third stage. It is possible to change the system composition according to the dried product use possibly reducing the investment and transportation cost. |
