 It is a new type advanced solar charge controller produced by our company, which using MPPT technology, the charging efficiency improved 30% more than PWM Charging mode, it saves more than 30% solar panel and saves much cost for users. This type Advanced Solar Charge Controller has perfect functions, it helps charging for various types of battery. Using three period charging mode,Intelligent heat dissipation control,99% conversion efficiency and other advantages, our mppt solar charge controller is widely used for solar off grid system(independent system).

 Product Feature

  •  MPPT charging mode, 99.5% conversion efficiency, 30% more than PWM charging efficiency.
  • Intelligent over temperature protection system,the fan speed is automatically adjusted with the internal temperature of the controller, which greatly reduce the loss and improve the efficiency.
  •  Using ultra low conduction loss Mosfet to achieve intelligent anti reverse connection design, which greatly reduce the loss of controller.
  •   Suitable for Various type of voltage, 12V/24V/36V/48V/96V, user can freely set controller output voltage according to the right condition.
  • Three period charging mode(constant current, constant voltage and float) effectively prolong the life of the battery.
  • Controller can achieve wide range of voltage input, meet the needs of uers.
  • Support multiple types of battery and lithium battery charging.
  • The controller has multiple protection functions, such as over current, anti reverse connection, over temperature, short circuit, over voltage, over load,etc.

  Notice     

 

  • Controller will work when input voltage is bigger than battery bank voltage, or it won’t work.

  • Controller will stop working when input voltage is bigger than 130V(M48-30),170V(M48-40,M96), it needs to be powered off, the input voltage is adjusted to less than 130V(M48-30),170V(M48-40, M96), restart and then controller can work again.

  • If the load current exceeds the upper limit of the controller, several controllers can be connected in parallel,and connect the input ends to battery at the same time,but the input ends of each controller must be independent access, and meet the range of single controller operating parameters, or controller will be burned to damage.
