- Introduction
1. This kind of tissue folder machine is to mutually fold the cut paper to the face-cloth paper, which is put into the box becoming the economic drawing style box face-cloth paper.

- Function
1.The jumbo rolls which have been slit into the desired width are cut by the slitting cylinders, and then interfolded into rectangular facial tissue sheets.
2.The machine adopts vacuum suction, and automatic marking functions. It features of high speed, nice folding and easy operation.
3.The slit width can be adjusted as clients’ different requests, very convenient for selling.
4.It is equipped with tension adjusting device, ensuring the precision of interfolded products.

Our factory covers an area of about 4,000 square meters, we own our dedicated workshop, warehouse for producing and storing. There are 4-5 engineers, 2-4 quality control personnels, and several managers.
We have customers from worldwide, such as Egypt, Nigeria, England, Uzbekistan, Afghanistan, Russia, Kazakhstan, Viet Nam, etc.
- After sale service
We will provide operation video and manual for assistant. If necessary, our engineer will go to your factory for guiding.
- Guarantee
The main body(not included the motor and wear parts) guarantee is one year. During the guarantee period, if the main body defective as the bad quality without any workers wrong operation, Xuchang Hengyuan Paper Machinery Co., Ltd. should replace the parts for free or prepare the goods for free. Beyond period, only manufacturing cost will be charged for spare parts.
- What is the capacity of our napkin paper folder?
For common machine, it is 500-600 pieces/min, that is, 400-500kg per day(8 working hours). For high-speed machine, it is 700-800 pieces/min, that is, 500-600kg per day(8 working hours)
- How can customers obtain the raw material?
The raw materials are mainly made from wood pulp, cane syrup, deinked waste paper.
You can purchase the raw material in your area. If you like, we can purchase raw material from our cooperated suppliers in China at low cost for you.
- What is wear parts of the folder?
Generally, the saw blade and embossing roller of the machine are wear parts.
- What is the after sale service?
Manual and video are available for guiding, if necessary, we will send the engineer for installation, start up and training on the operations in the buyer’s plant.
