Brief Introduction:
Egg tray forming machine is a kind of machine which absorbs paper pulp-the raw material, on the surface of mould by vacuum to get various shape and ratio of wet and dry by regulating time. After such working procedure as transferring moulds, releasing moulds to complete paper tray production. Our forming machines selecting of high quality electronic devices and pneumatic components,high performance and long service life.
There are various types and output of egg tray making machines can be supplied by our company ,such as 800-1000pcs per hour ,2000pcs per hour,2500pcs,3000pcs per hour ,3500pcs,4000pcs per hour ,and so on .You only can tell me what capaicty machine do you want,our professional engineer will design the most suitable machine for you!!
Production line:
1.Pulping system.
Pulp System is mainly comprised of hydrapulpter, pulp pump, multi-function refiner machine, blender, control cabinert,ect.
Pouring the waste paper and water into the hydrapulper,when the hydrapulper crush the paper into pulp then will flow into the pulp pool ,at same time workers feed some water into the pulp pool.The paper pulp will be processed by the pulp refiner machine when the proportion is ok then can run the forming machine
2.Forming system:
We could produce the forming mould and transfering mould based on our customers request.The material of the mould could be Alumminum,Resin,Plastic.
When the No. 1 worker prepare the pulp ,No.2 worker will check the machine to confirm everything is ok ,the connection ,motor ,mould etc. and pre-heat the drying line .When pulp is ready then turn on the machine .At the beginning stage the worker will adjust the machine into best condition.
3.Drying system:
After the egg tray has been made over by the forming machine, the egg tray will be put on the drying line by transfering mould,they will across the drying channel, then you can get the dry tray!
About drying line,we could make single drying line and multi-layer drying line in accordance with customers’ resquest.You can chose which you like!!
