Introduction
There are two kinds of dryer. Rotary type dryer/Drum type dryer is called roller type dryer or drum dryer, this type of dryer is used to dry raw material with a 40-70% moisturer content, with the features of high efficiency, large capacity, high drying rate, easy to operate and maintain and so on. The other type is Hot air flow type dryer/Pipe type dryer, this is also an important plant for making the charcoal, which can automatic feeding with high strength drying, high capacity, small dust and short time, this dryer is suitable for dry 20%-50% moisture content .
Dryer machine, also called pipeline type drier, adopting twice circulate heating system, is our newly developed advanced drying equipments, and show the features of automatic feeding, high hot airflow speed, fully mixing of airflow and materials, big drying strength, lower dust and bigger drying capacity. Moisture in the raw materials of less than 40% can be drying one time to meet the requirement for coal bar production, which greatly reduced the labor intensity compared with commonly used dryer machine.

Application
1. Drying the wet saw dust into optimal moisture (8-14%) for making wood briquettes .
2. Drying the biomass material to the moisture (8-17%) for making biomass wood pellets
3. Drying the wet wood flour into best moisture(below 3%) for making WPC products
4. Essential drying equipment in wood pellet plant and biomass briquetting plant.
