Product Description
The machine is easy operation, high efficiendy and easily control of sawdust dry-
ing degree.
Hot airflow type drier, also called pipeline type drier, high hot airflow speed, fully
mixing of airflow and materials, big drying strength, lower dust and bigger drying
capacity.
Moisture in the raw mateials of less than 40% can be drying one time to meet the
requirement for coal bar production.

For raw materials with heavy humidity which is above 12%, you need to install a d-
ryer before further processing. This Air Current Type dryer can reduce the humidity
of wood materials below 12% per time. The Cost of this Air Current dryer is much l-
ower than Rotary dryer. It is professionally designed for drying different kinds of wo-
od sawdust. It has advantages of low cost, low consumption, high capacity, easy ope-
ration and maintenance, etc. In addition, the round places of pipes can be changed to
any angle which can save space and solve plant dimension limitation.

specification of cyclone dryer
1. It is suitable for drying materials of moisture 20-70%.
2. It is suitable for drying materials like sawdust, rice hull, milling wheat straw, corn
stalks and so on.
3. It is equipped with two fuel boilers, inlet, steel pipe, exhaust blower (fan), air lock
and cyclone. Wet materials are input into the hopper.
4. The fuel boiler generates hot air which mixes with wet materials and then is sucked
into the pipes by the exhaust blower (fan) quickly. And then hot air is flowing and goi-
ng though the curving pipes and buffer(drying chamber) of dryer, thus wet materials is finished to dry, and the dried materials are discharged from the outlet with air lock.
5. It reduces the moisture to 8-12%.
6. Clients can change the angle of dryer base on the production field.
7. It is only to control the moisture of raw material at a reasonable range that can make
good result of biomass briquettes. Or the briquettes will be broken because of too lose
or too dry.
