With the booming of high building in cities, fire-resistant bus duct is key parts for the building. Mica possesses the most outstanding dielectrical, and thermal resistant properties which are not found in any other product. So we develop mica parts (as shows in the following picture) only used for bus duct as the substance of mica tape. The bus ducts with mica have passed the tests from the National Supervision and Test Centre for the Quality of Fireproof Building Materials.
Availability
Size: Strips and punched parts according to drawings for thickness 0,1 to 2, 0 mm .
Above 2.0mm also available by cutting, drilling, grinding, milling etc.
Thickness: 0, 1mm , 0.15mm , 0.2mm , 0.25mm , 0.3mm , 100mm .
Storage
Unlimited life in a dry place at room temperature.
Application
Because of high density, excellent mechanical properties of this mica parts, bus duct has prominent advantage than traditional solution, the products are successful used in the Shanghai International Trade Towel, the second highest building in Asia.
