Clay sand production line is vortex centrifugal type machinery reclamation deviece. Clay sand production line based on clay sand binder type configuration (core)
Working principle:
Used sand passed the quantitive device,landing on the high-speed rotatring reclamation disk,under the impact of the centrifugal force throw to the wear ring,the friction and collision between sand and wear ring &between sand and sand each other over and over again,and the film on the surface of sand are removed,the reclamated sand drop down from between wear ring and the reclamation disk.at the same time,the fan and reclamation disk places on the same shaft and the fan blow the wind up, forms a strong airflow,makes the droping sand boiling, winnowing , removing adhesive film and dust ,at last ,get the reclamation sand that meet the process requirments.
