20kW wind turbine generator adopting SCF supercritical technology and two SKF bearings.Siemens PLC controller with human-oriented touch screen, which can realize real-time monitoring.Optional off grid and grid connected system, optional single phase and three phase output, and optional hydraulic braking system as well as hydraulic towers.
1. Efficient Generator of 20kW wind turbine:
Hummer 20kW wind turbine generator is one of the most advanced generators in the world. Made of refined permanent magnetic material, special copper alloy, aviation aluminum alloy and stainless steel, it is highly efficient in power. Due to its smallness, it is able to be placed inside the nose cone to reduce air resistance and increase efficiency.
Due to its advanced technologies, refined materials and unique design, H9.0-20KW wind turbine generator's wind energy utilization factor is as high as 0.4 while generator efficiency is higher than 0.87.
2. Smart Control of 20kW wind turbine:
H9.0-20KW wind turbine generator is controlled by a comprehensive smart system. Through our years of monitoring on wind turbine operation, we successfully develop an automatic control system for small and medium scaled wind turbines.
This smart system is able to automatically seek wind direction and constantly monitor generator working status, rotation speed, generator temperature, wind speed and direction etc. All data will be transmitted to control center.
When abnormal situation takes place, our control center will instruct wind turbine to deflect from wind direction. After problem is released wind turbine will turn to face wind direction again and resume generation.
