With touch control interface, matching with Siemens PLC control module, H8.0-10kW wind generator offers users a variety of data and images displays together with the function to manual and remote control operations.
2. Structure of 10kW alternator generator:
3.Siemens PLC controller receiving wind signal and operation signal, quick response and reaction, reliable and intelligent control.
We use dogvane and anemometer to ensure wind speed and direction and transmitting wind signal to PLC controller, then the controller will make intelligent judgment to drive the blades following with the wind direction to make full use of it. This is called auto-wind-seeking system.
Hydraulic breaking system Combines manually and automatically functions controlled by PLC controller though touch screen, hydraulic braking system makes it possible that to stop the system in very short time to protect the wind turbine system in extreme weather.
If in too strong wind such as typhoon (user set max wind speed though PLC touch screen), the PLC controller send order to yaw shaft and will drive the blade off of the wind direction to protect the system.
We can also monitor the real time power, voltage, current via the touch scream which all the data collected from hummer rectifier/dumping load controller and recorded in PLC controller.
Alarm Record : Auto self protect system in strong wind.
With all the data collected, the PLC controller will auto make a real time chart in which you can see all the curves anytime, anywhere.
