Description:

• Qingdao Lion Automatic fiber filling machine QL005B is mainly used to fill the opened fibre into a bag that can be ready to sell to other customers requires small quantity daily time.
• The machine can be arranged for non-airing bag such like plastic bag, also airing bag such like plastic woven bag.
• It is assembled with automatic bale opener, fiber opening device and fiber blower, fiber filling device.
• The whole line is adjusted by PLC control system handled by only 1 person that working at the filling device.
• Weighing system with tolerance can be around 250g.
• The filling time can be already set up from the control screen according to the weight and bag size.
• High capacity about 2500kg per day.
