The space required for the installation of the machine (including the main frame and wire feeder) is about 7 meters long and 3 meters long. The 750W-2000W servo motor control of wide mechanical feed mechanism is characterized by fast feed speed and high length accuracy. The machine adopts three-phase 380V 1.5KW motor frequency conversion control, which is easy to adjust the forming speed. Machine operation, man-machine interface and touch screen operation buttons, automatic operation and manual operation. The machine adopts 380V, 1.5KW-2.2KW inverted argon arc welding, which is used to weld stainless steel, alloy steel, carbon steel, copper and so on. The efficiency is increased by 30%.

1. The whole machine adopts plate welding structure. Vibration stress relief technology eliminates internal stress. It has high strength and good rigidity.

2. The upper drive adopts double hydraulic cylinders, equipped with mechanical limiter and synchronous torsion bar, which runs smoothly and reliably with high accuracy.

3. The position of the rear block and the stroke of the slider adopt electronic control and manual fine-tuning mode, equipped with digital display device, which is convenient and fast to use.
