1. Work Flow
Decoiler - alignment - guiding roller - nine roller levering - 250T hydraulic punching hole - panel transport table - swift supplier - photoelectrical switch - roller guiding table - 14 line cold curve main machine - roller finished product supportable.
2. Main Parameter of the roll forming machine
a.decoiler: single-arm manual expand type, expand 480-520mm, loading capacity 7T
b. alignment guiding roller: 4 roller on both side to control the transport of the raw material, to avoid the raw material being left or right , be up or down, and with the screw adjustment
c. 9 roller levering machine: the diameter of the roller is 115mm,material hardness is 40CrHRC 48-52 degree, the width of supplier table 500mm,the thickness of flat panel 2-4 mm,the power of motor 7.5kw,the ZQ 350 reducer
d. 250T hydraulic press: hydraulic motor power: 18.5kw:;hydraulic pump: 32Mpa, Stand work press:10-12Mpa; the work table size:1200mmx1200mm; We will design the punch as the requirement to ensure the flotsam will flow out the hydraulic machine automatically.the material of the punching head & cutting mould is:Cr12mov
e. panel material- transmitted table: convyor table can transport 6 m guard rail
f.High speed feeding machine: equipped with 1.5KW cycloid need reducer ,the diameter of roller is 115mm, the material hardness is 40CrHRC 48-52 degree, the speed of material –transport:15m/mins
g.Photoelectical measure unit:the accuracy of measure 4320+/-2mm
h.Roller guiding material table: jointing, passive roller
i. cold curve main machine :GY250S series in the style of door structure ,rolling metal band (material: Q253) thickness (1-4mm) ,the diameter of the axis of roller (80mm),the diameter of roller (4mm), the rolling speed (9-15m/min),appromt 1.5-2.5 pc of guard rail panel which length is at 4320.The height of the material: 90mm, the material of main roller: Gcr15 (HRC55-60),the guard rail panel is passed the JT/T281-1995 standard of the traffic department for the guard rail panel. Main transport :37KW, ZQ 650reducer.
