Stenter & heat setting machine
Application:
This machine is used to stenter and heat set on woven fabric and knit fabric, such as cotton, polycotton, polyester, blending, mosquito net, etc.

3. Working temperature: 120℃-220℃
4. Overfeeding range: -15%-+30%

Normal process flow
Inlet frame----tension device---photoelectrical centering----padder-----tension cloth storage----weft straightener------overfeeding roller feed-----brusher overfeeding roller feed and pin on------auto edge detector pinning on------press-----stenter drying heat setting------air cooling-----pin off----cold water cooling-----big roll or swing to drop
Features:

1. Structure is new, high efficient and energy-safe (temperature up to 200 degree, only 25min)
2. Chamber uses new fan, frequency convertor control, reasonable nozzle, has even and fast heat setting effect
3. When emergency machine stop, hot-air auto-closed, prevent fabric to be hurt
4. According to the customer’s requirements, heat resource can be steam, heat conducting oil, fuel, gas (natural gas, coal gas)
5. Various of machine type, can adapt various of fabrics, such as polar fleece, knit fabric, woven fabric
6. Also can add air holder, dual-use of needle plate and clip plate and etc special device, according to customer’s requirements.
7. This machine can set with auto lubrication system, can set with timing and quantitative
8. The whole machine is controlled by PLC, can realize human-computer interface operation
