RC-A5-II Load Moment Indicator for Tower Crane
RCA5-II transmits data between site work area and tower crane. Reminding operator to take care tower crane hook working condition through voice, sound alarm, avoiding accidents. The system can detect the towe crane working condition in real-time, and it will use voice,sound alarm to mention operator via wireless transmit data to ground pre-alarm module when tower crane runs in pre set dangerous range. The system can be provided with four fixed region , each zone can instal one wireless alarming system.When the tower crane hook pass some seted region,the relative ground alarm system will send out sound and light alarm; then the alarm will stop when the hook leave the region.
Recen Load Moment Indicator features & advantages
1).display function will show the tower crane rated weight, hoisting weight, hook amplitude, slewing angel, wind speed and torque on the indicator;
2). In case the load reached 90 percent of crane rating at a particular moment, it will provide an early warning to the crane operator through a slow blinking red light. When the load( along with the hook amplitude) reached 105 percent, the load moment indicator will automatically trigger an alarm and will stop the lifting gear from lifting the load upward.
