RC-A5-I Safe Load-Monitoring System for Tower Crane
Safe Load-Monitoring System for Tower Crane RC-A5-I offers main working status of claw cranes accurately to the operator by LED. Also can display radius, angle, weight, visual-audible alarm when the load or radius reach rated weight or moment, meanwhile enforce corresponding movement.
This system occupies small space, easy installation, no need change any structures of original tower cranes, with double protection function. RC system conforms to the request from < GB12602-90 hoisting machinery overload protection device safety technical specifications> And < GB7959-1999 cantilever crane hoisting torque general technology >, which issued by the national technical supervision bureau.
Recen Safe Load-Monitoring System features & advantages
1).display function will show the tower crane rated weight, hoisting weight, hook amplitude, slewing angel, wind speed and torque on the indicator;
2). In case the load reached 90 percent of crane rating at a particular moment, it will provide an early warning to the crane operator through a slow blinking red light. When the load( along with the hook amplitude) reached 105 percent, the load moment indicator will automatically trigger an alarm and will stop the lifting gear from lifting the load upward.
