Payment

2.We will start preparing your order after you do the payment.
Warranty
The warranty for whole machine is effective 14months from the Ex-Factory Date. But for the laser tube and focus lens and the reflective mirrors, the warranty is 6months.
1. We will send you the spare parts and offer tech support for free during warranty when there is a machine fault, including the part fault.
2. User will need to send back the old parts to us within one week after receiving the new parts,(we will inform you the address for returning the old parts) And a tracking number must be provided as voucher.
3. If we don’t get the old part(or tracking number) one week after user receiving the new one, we will stop the machine warranty until we receive the old part. And user must take responsibility for his own loss during this period.
4. We will charge for replacing/repairing (including labor costs and transportation costs) when the warranty is expired.
5. User will need to buy new parts for replacing from us(or with our permission if buy from other company), If not, we won’t take any legal responsibility when there’s any tech problem or machine fault, meanwhile, we will stop the warranty.
6. If there’s any problem in future, we will provide you tech support by sending email/telephoning/skype/msn.

Buying guide
How the sea way shipping goes?
1) The time to prepare the machine is about 7-10 days,
2) We send the machine to the shipping company and the machine will stay in the shipping company’s warehouse for about one week. This is called LCL period.
3) the time from China port to Hamburg port is about 25 days.
