A type NC slitter scorer(common type, AC servo type)

Function and Features :
l Individual step motor and controller on each slitter and scorer sets,quick and accurate order change.
l Slitters and scorers are inverter controlled,speed synchronizes with board speed.
l Two rows of scorers,realizes minimum scorer spacing is 0mm.
l There are three types of scorers. Front row: Male-to-flat/ Pre-score; Back row: Male-to-female.
l Electric score-depth adjust.
l Alloyed steel thin-blades,sharp and long life of over 800 million meters ,auto sharpening.
l Standard motorized body left-right rectification controlling system.
l Individual sealed electrical cabinet,dust-free,constant temperature and humidity ensure longer life.
l Standard touch screen monitor,easy to operate.
l Standard communication interface,easy to link with management system.
l You can add color code tracker or absorption of waste.
l A memory of 999 orders.Non-stop changeover or manual change over can be realized.
