SMBD-ZDSL series Offline Thin blade slitter scorer with auto feeder, stand-alone
Function and Features
1. Can set the qty. of paperboard, automatic stop the feeding after finishing.
2. Auto suction paper feeding, assured the safety of workers and decreased the working load.
3. Suitable to a large scale paperboard machining.
4. Three types of blade adjusted methods by manual / electric /automatic for optional .
5. Slitting part: adopt high quality tungsten steel blade, sharp and long work life, slice more tidy, non-pressing and non-burr.
6. Adopt 8 shafts design, two shafts in front and back of the slitter, can minimize the length of paperboard to 260mm for small paper.
7. 8 shafts with front-scoring feeding,back double rubber rollers for paper leading, running more steady.
8. Scoring part: adopt 5 points scoring, scoring distance in-phase adjust, blazonry and easy to bend the carton sheet.
9. Grinding part: adopt automatic and manual two kinds pneumatic grinding type for option, it could be grinding when working, improved work efficiency.
